We advise and represent our clients in getting protection for innovation concerning design, specifically through design registration, at national, Community (European Union) and international level.
Our activity includes:
preparing and filing national design applications in Italy and abroad;
preparing and filing Community design applications with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and International design applications with WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization);
prior art searches;
validity and infringement opinions on registered designs;
licensing, assignment of IP rights;
advise and assistance in design infringement or invalidity trials, both in Italy and abroad.
